Order
Regarding your order
[Restrictions on Orders for First-Time Exclusive Products]
The introductory price is a special offer designed to allow more customers to experience the quality of our products. Therefore, it is limited to one purchase per person (or household).
- If we determine that multiple orders have been placed by the same individual, such as by changing the name, address, phone number, or email address, or through fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to cancel those orders without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
- All orders are cross-referenced by both system and manual checks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Your Online Shop Order
- To ensure the security of your online shopping experience, we require you to create an account.
- Please click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page, confirm the contents of your cart, and then proceed to checkout.
Once your order is placed, a "Order Confirmation" email will be automatically sent to your registered email address. Please check it. - If you do not provide the personal information required for online transactions, all or part of our services, such as delivering your ordered products or responding to inquiries, may be unavailable or denied to you.

As we are a retail company catering to individual customers, we do not accept registrations under corporate or organizational names.
Even if the delivery address is your workplace, please register with your individual name. - We may call you to confirm email errors or order details.
In such cases, please understand that there may be delays in product shipping.
Notes
To prevent malicious acts such as "prank orders" and "impersonating orders," we take the following measures:
- For customers who place high-value orders, we may contact you by phone or email to confirm.
- If we cannot contact you at the registered phone number or email address and cannot verify your identity, we may cancel your order.
- We may cancel your order based on your past transaction history.
DELIVERY
Delivery Information
Regarding Shipping
Orders are typically delivered by courier service within 10 days of your order.
- Samples and some products will be delivered by Kuroneko Yu-Mail or Nekoposu-bin.
- Orders placed during long holiday periods such as New Year's, Golden Week, and Obon may experience delivery delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Shipping method
We use our designated shipping company (Yamato Transport).
Shipping fee
If your total payment is 5,500 yen(tax included) or more, we will cover the shipping fee.
If your total payment is less than 5,500 yen(tax included), a 600 yen(tax included) shipping charge will be added.
*For subscription products, shipping is free regardless of the total amount.
PAYMENT
Regarding Payment
Depending on your order method, you can choose from the following options:
※Please note that we may not be able to accommodate all payment methods.
Credit card
The following credit cards are accepted in our online shop:
VISA, Master Card, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX), JCB, Discover, Diners Club
※Credit cards can only be used by the cardholder themselves.
Mobile payment
The following smartphone payment methods are available in our online shop:
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPay, Merpay
GMO Postpaid
This payment uses the payment system of "GMO Epsilon Inc.", and payment-related operations are provided by our partner "GMO Payment Service Inc.".
■What is GMO Post-Payment?
GMO Post-Payment is a payment method that allows you to pay after the product has been delivered to you. After the product is shipped, a payment slip will be mailed to you separately from the product. Please make the payment at a nearby convenience store, post office (Japan Post Bank), or bank.
*The invoice will be mailed by "GMO Payment Service Inc."
*When paying at the post office, please use the payment slip. Telegraphic transfers are not available.
*When paying by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Also, the account number for bank transfers will differ for each transaction, so please confirm the account number stated on the invoice.
■Payment Deadline
Please make the payment within 14 days from the invoice issuance date. The payment deadline is also stated on the invoice. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the following collection administrative fees may be incurred for each order.

・297 yen (tax included) will be added each time an invoice is issued due to exceeding the payment deadline.
・Up to 3 times, for a total of 891 yen (tax included).
■Notes
・If the user is a minor, please use this service with the consent of a legal guardian.
・A screening process is required for this service. Depending on the screening results, you may not be able to use "GMO Post-Payment," in which case we ask that you change to another payment method.
・"GMO Post-Payment" is a service provided by GMO Payment Service Inc. Our company provides personal information to GMO Epsilon Inc. within the scope of the service and assigns the claim for payment. Please agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the GMO Post-Payment service before using it.
・The cumulative usage limit for GMO Post-Payment is 55,000 yen (tax included).
・GMO Post-Payment cannot be used if the product delivery address is "held at a shipping company" or "held at a post office," or if it is a temporary stay location such as a "school," "hospital," or "hotel." Product forwarding services are also not available.
*If the delivery address is your workplace, you can use the service, so please enter "workplace" after the address.
*If the gift delivery address is a temporary stay address, you can use the service.

Cash on delivery

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is unopened and within 8 days of arrival.
*Unopened means the product box has not been opened or the seal is intact.
For returns and exchanges, please be sure to contact the toll-free number below in advance.

Please note that returns and exchanges may not be possible if you do not contact us in advance or if any of the following apply:
- Products that have already been opened
- Products for which 9 or more days have passed since arrival
- Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
Please note that when returning part of a set product or a campaign product, the terms of the campaign, such as discounts or gifts, may change regarding payment after the return.

Shipping costs for returns
- If you receive a defective product or a product different from what you ordered, we will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to our responsibility. Please return the item COD.
- Please note that if the return or exchange is due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds for product代金 will be issued approximately one week after we have received and inspected the returned product (to confirm whether it has been opened or used, etc.). The refund will be transferred to your designated financial institution. (In some cases, the refund may be sent via registered mail.)
- Please note that if the return is due to customer convenience, the transfer fee or registered mail fee will be borne by the customer.

- The subscription service automatically delivers your desired subscription products at the interval (fixed cycle) of the course you have chosen. You can comfortably use your favorite products without the hassle of placing an order each time.
- The subscription service offers special prices discounted from the regular price, so you can enjoy products at a better value than purchasing them individually.
- Subscription products are delivered with shipping costs covered by us, regardless of the subscription price, even for a single item.
- You can also change the delivery interval (course) to suit your usage frequency.

Changes to delivery date/delivery frequency (plan)
If you wish to change the next delivery date or delivery interval (plan) for your subscription product, please complete the procedure at least 10 days before your next scheduled delivery date.
*Please note that we cannot accept changes once shipping has been confirmed.
- Please select the relevant product from "Subscription List" on My Page and proceed with the necessary steps.

- If it is 10 days or more before your next delivery date, you can also make changes by phone (0120-407-902) or via the contact form. Please inform us of the changes you wish to make.
About skipping, pausing, and canceling
If you wish to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription, please complete the procedure at least 10 days before your next delivery date.
*Please note that once shipping is confirmed, changes can only be applied from the next delivery onward.
- From the "Subscription List" on My Page, select the relevant product and proceed with the procedure.

Regarding cancellation
*Once shipping is confirmed, we cannot stop the order. Cancellations will be effective from the next delivery, so please be aware of this in advance.
- If you wish to cancel, please notify us via My Page or by phone at least 10 days before your next scheduled delivery date.

Resale of Products Prohibited
*We strictly prohibit orders placed for resale purposes.
- We strictly prohibit orders intended for resale on other websites, auction sites, flea market sites, or similar platforms.
- If we determine that an order is suspected of being for resale, we will consider it a violation of our terms, cancel the order, suspend your user registration, and may refuse all future orders. We may also take legal action if necessary.
- For products purchased from us that are then resold, we cannot be held responsible for any problems, losses, or damages, including quality degradation due to storage conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
